Refund policy
Printed Books and Calendars
If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or with an incorrect book, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please attach a digital image showing the problem with the order instead of shipping the book or package back to us. Please notify us within 20 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Ebooks
We do not offer returns or refunds on our Ebooks. If you are having a problem with your download, please reach out to shop@homemade-gifts-made-easy.com.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once you have reached out to us about your return or defect, we will inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
